Tea Ceremony
Recently, Of Tea hosted an intimate tea ceremony at Hunan Slurp, a beautifully designed Chinese restaurant that provided the perfect setting for an evening of tea and culture. The event featured six carefully selected teas, showcasing a range of flavors, aromas, and traditions. Guests enjoyed a well-rounded exploration of white, green, oolong, and black teas, while learning about the origins and unique characteristics of each.
A highlight of the evening was the hands-on brewing session, where participants were introduced to the Gaiwan, a traditional Chinese tea vessel. The tea master demonstrated the steps from warming the Gaiwan to steeping and pouring, and invited guests to try it themselves, experiencing the mindfulness and skill involved in traditional tea preparation.
Tea + Flower Arrangement
Our Tea + Flower Arrangement event is a delightful collaboration that combines creativity with the art of tea. Partnering with a talented florist, we guide guests through an immersive experience where they learn to arrange beautiful flowers in a gaiwan, bringing traditional tea vessels to life in a fresh and artistic way.
Alongside the floral artistry, our team leads a session on crafting tea-based mocktails, demonstrating how to use our premium tea leaves to create unique, refreshing beverages.

Outdoor Tea with Hanfu
Of Tea recently hosted an outdoor tea ceremony featuring Hanfu dress-up, where tea culture met the elegance of traditional Chinese clothing. The event celebrated Chinese heritage with a serene tea ritual. Guests wore flowing Hanfu garments, adding historical depth to the occasion, while a beautiful teapot was used to brew green tea in a harmonious setting.
Attendees were invited to taste the delicately brewed green tea and appreciate its subtle flavors. This event embodied Of Tea's mission to integrate traditional tea culture into modern life, blending ancient customs with a contemporary experience. Tea at Local School
Of Tea recently hosted a tea ceremony at a local school event, introducing students to the rich cultural heritage of traditional Chinese tea. The tea master demonstrated the art of brewing Gongfu-style tea, guiding students through each step from warming the teapot to properly steeping the leaves.
