Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. During peak times or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you via email of any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary by region: Domestic (U.S.) typically should be 3-7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the provided link.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to us at theoftea@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We’re committed to ensuring you have a wonderful experience with our products. Please read our return policy below:
- Tea Leaves: Due to the perishable nature of our tea leaves, we are unable to accept returns on any tea products. If there is an issue with your tea purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- Teawares: We accept returns on unused teawares in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our team, and we’ll provide you with further instructions. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@oftea.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process, indicating your desire for an exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement product.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
